The frequency of use depends on the specific reason that you desire to use it. If it is for regular skin care you can use it daily and multiple times a day. You can use it to treat inflammatory skin conditions. KT Butta` can be used on your hair as well. The amount and the frequency of use is dependent upon the texture and porosity of your hair. It is recommended to massage into your scalp when applied. When it pertains to healing scars, cuts or burns you may use the product at least twice a day until you begin to see the results. The KT Hair Growth Oil it is recommended to use at least once per day to stimulate hair growth. You should use the tips of your fingers to lightly massage the oil into the area that it has been applied to on the scalp for the best results.
